Today, I sat watching a movie with Abbi when she turned to give me a hug. I said in her ear sweetly how lucky I was to have such a happy girl. She promptly and with all seriousness, says to me, "We need to keep buying cheese."
How do you not laugh at such a thing.

That is too funny. It amazes me how much love you can feel for your child at infintisimal moments in time and when you try to express all that love for them, they look at you like you've sprouted alien antennaes with this blank stare on their face like "Who are you again?" Bradley did that to me just the other day when I gave him a hug and teared up while doing so.....ugh! Mommy hormones be danged!
