In Colville, the streets are closed down for an hour for the Colville Highshcool Homecoming parade. Behind the Highschool floats, vintage fire trucks full of cheerleaders and convertables carring the court, 455 kids up to age 13 dressed up in halloween costumes marched along. families and friends cheered from the sides. Afterwards, the kids all got goodie-bags from the chamber of commerce and later that evening all the shops on main street stayed open till 10 (Usually all close up by 6:30) and the streets were full of people shopping and visiting. We ran into friends from church and school Abbi's 2nd grade teacher, Jason's Employer and generally the whole town. we had a good time.
